Filtration System Packs for Water Purifiers Commercial and Industrial Applications
Water logic has one of the broadest ranges of filtration technologies on the market. Our self-cleaning filters are widely used to protect your valuable equipment from the effects of suspended solids in the water. Semi-automatic or fully automatic backwash systems are available, eliminating the need for costly cartridge replacement.
Our cartridge systems provide a cost-effective, versatile, and custom-made microfiltration solution for low flow applications. Choose from modular systems that can be configured in a variety of ways to suit your application, or high flow stainless steel systems for quick cartridge changes.
Our side-flow filters for closed-loop heating and cooling systems are cost effective, self-contained, and operate without water or chemical loss. With six models optimized for removal of solids and sludge at different flow rates, we can provide the best side-flow filter for your application.
Water logic media filters use our own patented, high-quality media and are known as efficient and reliable water treatment equipment in the manufacturing and recycling industries worldwide. Small footprint, low operating costs, long service life and high-quality construction are just a few of the reasons why our media filters are chosen time and time again in the industry.
Our dynamic separator removes suspended solids from the water without the need for mechanical moving parts, so it has no operating costs. The filter’s versatile, modular design allows it to be installed in a variety of configurations, protecting costly downstream treatment systems. They are standard equipment on all of our side-flow filters.
All filters are available as stand-alone units or as part of an integrated system.

Filters with self-cleaning capability
Self-cleaning filters are flexible, versatile, and cost-effective filters for low flow rates up to 52 m³/h. They are easy to install and are often used to protect sensitive downstream equipment from suspended solids. Our self-cleaning filters have a backwash system that operates either fully or semi-automatically, depending on the model, so there is no need to change cartridges. This allows us to continuously filter between 50 and 500 microns, which is very dependable.
Microfiltration Cartridges
Mechanical cartridge filtration is a robust and cost-effective solution for small scale water filtration. It is ideal as a protective pre-filter for expensive treatment systems and equipment.
Bypass Filters
In recirculating heating and cooling water systems, solids and sludge often accumulate due to corrosion, scale buildup, particulates in the feedwater, and debris from initial construction. If left in place, these particulates can clog heat exchangers, promote bacterial growth and corrosion, and seriously affect the performance and energy efficiency of sealed systems.
Our side-flow filters are easy to install in existing heating and cooling systems. They continuously filter the water in the system, and the sealed regeneration system ensures zero water loss. Side-flow filters do not need to be backwashed or cleaned.
The Water logic products and technologies used in these applications demonstrate our ongoing commitment to providing the best water treatment solutions to our customers. Through continuous development and review, Water logic’s product line is one of the most comprehensive on the market today.
Media Filtration
Water logic media filters provide cost effective and efficient filtration. Media filters are pressure-filtered for optimal results. Our media is housed in a pressure vessel and the incoming water is pumped through the media bed to remove contaminants. We offer a wide range of filtration materials to effectively remove different contaminants from the water. This allows us to tailor the media filter to your specific application and requirements.
Dynamic Separation Filters
The Dynamic Separator is a filter used to remove suspended solids from water. It is capable of removing 98% of particles larger than 80 microns with a specific gravity of 1 kg/dm³ or more.
The Dynamic Separator uses the energy of the water flow to separate suspended solids in the water, so it does not require an external power source. The shape of the device encourages the flow of water, resulting in hydrodynamic forces that cause the solids in the water column to move and separate at different speeds.
Since there are no mechanical moving parts, operation and maintenance costs can be greatly reduced.
