    Laser Engraving

The oldest method to introduce markings on a work piece is engraving. And it will differ from the other two in different ways. While experience among your product will be looking bad. But it can depend on the material you use. In essence, the piercing of the sheet will happen to a certain depth that will appear more than other methods. While the depth is more in the material, it requires good pressure or force to create this depth.

Moreover, you can cover this depth with any filling likewise. And this can be fruitful since with bonding and etching there is no such facility. There is the use of a laser beam. The machine that performs the engraving offers quick vaporization. Thus, productivity is more with it. However, a certain issue arises that is regarding the depth of the engraving. To achieve the necessary depth, you will need to repeat the process in phases.

    Laser Etching

Engraving and etching do not differ greatly with the basics remaining the same. You can call etching a modern process in comparison to engraving. However, the nature of it remains identical to engraving. Such a process produces in-depth marking but the depth is less than through engraving. It is since with modern technology, appearances become appealing. Whereas engraving feels raw and more in the depth, etching feels good.

When considering the difference between engraving and etching, just check the depth produced. In certain cases, this depth is no more than 0.001 inches. In addition, the process uses a focusing laser beam that produces heat to melt the workpiece. The addition takes place of high contrast. Identical to engraving, to produce necessary depth, you will repeat the process often. While you consider a product with a deep insert. But for looking good, etching is the preferable method.

    Laser Bonding Technology

Laser marking has one specific type that brings more positives. In addition, it makes use of additional elements that help the final appearance. While different processes vary in depth and settling time, laser bonding is perfect and free from these issues. In essence, this process does not create a deep infusion in your surface. It causes no damage and removal of your material. And your marking enters the surface right on the first layer.

Moreover, you can use the process with additives. Such as sprays and inks. These produce colorful, contrasting, and quick-drying marks. Thus, your productivity is more in comparison to engraving and etching. While finishing is the key here, the 3D effect is not present since there is no removal of the surface. But this makes your markings safe alongside your workpiece. For more detail about laser bonding technology go here: https://www.laserbondingtech.com/technology
